Terms Entered in Search Tools
When a visitor enters a name, location, or other term into a search tool, that query is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Mineral County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s practices govern the query after transmission.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, the message and the details you include are retained as needed to read and answer it. Contact submissions are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Technical Visit Information
Routine server, analytics, and service logs may create technical details when a page loads. These details help operate the site and understand broad usage patterns. They can include:

A Nevada public-record request under NRS Chapter 239 is made to the government custodian, such as the Mineral County Sheriff or another issuing office. This private site is not the custodian of those government records.

Reasonable, commonly used safeguards are applied to information within our control. No internet connection, storage system, or website can be guaranteed fully secure. Mineral County Released Inmates therefore cannot promise that data will never be accessed, changed, lost, or disclosed without authorization.
Visitors Under Eighteen
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted personal information, use the Contacts page to request review and deletion.
